Terms & conditions of the JL Ambassador Program

This referral program is invitation-only. Our customers are invited to apply by email.

Here is how the program works:

For the referrer (you!):

Earn €5 store credit for each successful referral of a new customer, with a limit of 5 successful referrals per month.

You get a personalized referral link which is unique to you. Share it with your friends and family.

Store credit can be used on www.justineleconte.com with a maximum of €25 credit applied per order.

The store credit for a successful referral will be credited to you 60 days after the referee placed their order. This is to account for the eventuality that the referee returns/cancels an order. Any order which gets cancelled or returned will not be considered successful.

The cookie duration is 7 days. This means: people you refer have 7 days to place an order using your personalized link. After the 7 days, we won’t be able to track that order back to you, so you won’t get store credit for that order.

You may not refer yourself.

This referral program is for this community only & is only available to our customers – share your referral link with the people you know. Do not share/post your referral link on public websites as this will result in the termination of your Ambassador status & in your losing the store credit collected so far.

This program earns you store credit to be used on www.justineleconte.com. Store credit may not be paid out in cash.

This program is only available to you if you have already ordered on www.justineleconte.com in the past. We want to reward our customers for spreading the word, after having ordered from us, if they’re satisfied with what they ordered. It is our way of saying Thank You!

For the referee:

Referees get 5% off their order when they use your personalized referral link.

It is valid on their 1st order on www.justineleconte.com, for an order amount of €100 or more. Not valid if they have already ordered from our website in the past. We invite these customers to become Ambassadors themselves!

For clarity, a referral is only considered successful if the referee is a first-time customer, their order totals €100 or more & no return or cancellation occurs within 60 days.

General considerations:

Applications to this program are manually reviewed by our team. Please allow a few business days for this process. You will be notified once your application has been reviewed.

To ensure fairness, referrals made from the same household, IP address, email variation, or payment method may be flagged and disqualified.

Orders placed using gift cards, store credit, or discount codes may not qualify as successful referrals.

Any abuse, dishonest or fraudulent use of the benefits of this program (e.g. mass-emailing, DM spamming, or referral link farming tactics) will lead to the immediate termination of your Ambassador status and the loss of the store credit collected so far, as it is not in line with our values & with what we want to achieve with this program.
