SHIPPING TIMES:
We currently ship daily, from Monday to Friday.
Estimated time until delivery:
- France: 1-3 working days
- European Union: 2-6 working days
- Countries outside of the E.U.: 4-15 working days
You will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped, with a tracking number, so that you can check the status of your order at any time.
We ship from France.
If you order items that have different availability dates, we will wait until all items are available before fulfilling your order. This way you are charged only once for shipping.

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switerland.
- OUTSIDE OF THE EUROPEAN UNION:
Argentina, Armenia, Australia, Canada, Chile, Hong-Kong, Iceland, Japan, Norway, Serbia, Singapore, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States, Uruguay.
COST OF SHIPPING:
Shipping costs are dynamically calculated based on destination, weight and dimensions of the parcel. To know how much shipping costs you will be charged, place the items in your cart and start the checkout process, up to the point where you are asked to enter your country for delivery, before paying. Then the system will display the corresponding shipping costs.
FOR ALL CUSTOMERS:
- It can take up to 24h for your parcel number to become visible in the tracking system, once you have received the shipping confirmation email.
- Sometimes our carrier will hand over to local post services in your country: in that case, the tracking system might indicate that the parcel is still waiting in France: that’s because it has left France but has not been scanned yet by your country’s post services. Your order is still in transit, don’t worry.
- If you refuse a delivery, or refuse to pay the eventual additional charges requested in your country (e.g. customs duties), the parcel typically bounces back to us. This can cause additional routing costs for us, which will be deduced from your refund.
We accept returns from all countries we ship to.
